Note this site is only for chartered consultants. To be chartered, you must be a member of certain institutions, so it is a requirement for the automated system that you have an institution email alias, otherwise you need to use the manual system form. The current list of allowed email aliases are:

If your institution is not on this list, but does offer email alias service, then please contact the admin team to request it be added. All Chartered Consultants are welcome to accounts on this site.
If your institution does not provide an email alias service then you can be manually added. This is of course takes longer. To request manual account creation then use this form.
The registration email will be from the domain charteredconsultant.co.uk so you may want to adjust any spam filtering to pass that. If after an hour you have not received the email then use request new password to get a new password sent (the information in the email is the same). If all else fails then contact the admin team.
